We require appropriate identification with a photograph, physical description and signature. A driver’s license, state ID, military ID or passport will usually be acceptable. If required by the state, document creator or other entity, we may possibly require thumbprinting.
Who we service:
Banking and Mortgage Lenders, Title & Escrow Companies, Realtors, Corporate Executives, Financial Service Companies, Construction Companies, Hotels, Attorneys, and the general Public. Yes, we will even visit the hospital or jail in order to help a family member in need. However, we will not accept collect calls or calls personally from the convicted persons.
Our licensed Notaries can receive your documents by email, overnight delivery or may be able to pick up the documents from your location.
